We do very diligent quality inspections on all of our equipment before it leaves our warehouse. However, it is possible that your order may get mishandled by the shipping carriers. If your product arrives damage upon arrival, make sure to take photos of it right away and send it to [email protected] and we will make the claim on your behalf.
